Information you choose to provide

When you request an audit, we collect your name, work email, optional phone number, company and website, industry, team size, current tools, operational bottleneck, time spent, budget, timeframe and any additional details you choose to provide. We use it to assess the enquiry, prepare for the call, communicate with you and manage any later commercial relationship.

Service providers

Supabase stores lead and optional pre-call records. Resend delivers transactional email. Calendly handles appointment scheduling. n8n may receive a signed server-to-server notification for internal workflow processing. Stripe processes approved payments. Vapi may process call data where an AI call assistant is enabled. Only configured providers receive information needed for their role.

Bookings, calls and transcripts

Calendly processes the details needed to schedule, reschedule or cancel a meeting. Calls handled through an enabled voice provider may be recorded or transcribed, and a summary may be stored. Callers should be told when recording or transcription is active. Do not share sensitive production data during an initial call.

Optional marketing

Marketing consent is optional and unticked by default. Declining it does not affect an audit request. If you opt in, you can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time; service messages about your enquiry or booking are separate.

Analytics

Google Analytics or Plausible may be enabled to understand page usage and conversion events. No analytics provider is loaded unless its environment setting is configured. The final cookie and consent approach should reflect the provider and jurisdiction selected.

Payments

Stripe processes payment and billing information through Stripe Checkout only after a fixed-price item is approved. This website does not receive or store full card details. It stores limited status and reference information needed to match the payment to the lead.

Retention

Audit and booking records are intended to be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is needed for an active client relationship, tax, legal obligations or a dispute. Unneeded call recordings and transcripts should be removed sooner under the final operational retention schedule.

Correction and deletion requests

You may ask what personal information is held, request a correction, withdraw optional marketing consent or request deletion by emailing samdolatshahi9@gmail.com. Some information may need to be retained where the law or an active contract requires it.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security. This policy does not claim that legal compliance has been independently certified.
